Ray of Sunshine - the Virtual Soul Choir
It features 150 people from Ballarat and around the world who submitted videos of themselves signing their part of the song Ray Of Sunshine.
Mr and Mrs Williams wrote and arranged the song specifically for the choir to 'spread a bit of sunshine' and created video tutorials for each vocal part.
The couple created the final video by separating the audio and the video and mixing each submission together.
Who are the Virtual Soul Choir?
In 2020 Ballarat musicians Geoffrey and George Williams decided to kick-off a venture that would bring people together through the medium of song.
The Virtual Soul Choir encourages people from near and far to warm up their vocal cords and bring their best musical talents to the fore - albeit online!
Geoffrey and George Williams are a husband-and-wife duo with a passion for music and a love for binding hearts together. It is their hope that the Virtual Soul Choir will connect people from all around the world, infusing joy and delight into hearts and lives.
