Purpose and Vision of Esslemont College

At Esslemont College we aim to empower each child to develop a desire for the attainment of knowledge, realise their inherent potential and make a positive impact on the world.

In addition to being a centre of academic excellence, we are dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing centre for children and to creating opportunities for them to be involved in community-building initiatives.

The College is built upon the concept of a nested community in which it embeds itself within the local community and seeks to serve and be an educational hub for the families and neighbourhoods which surround it.
